Every engagement starts with a discovery sprint, usually at your office: a week or two of workshops that produces a scoped backlog, a clickable prototype and a fixed-price proposal for the first release. Engineering runs in two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each. Senior leads review every pull request, the code sits in your repository and deploys to your cloud account, and the same people stay on the project from scoping to launch. Our hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm IST, the same as yours.

We are a Gurgaon, Noida and Patna studio and say so. In practice that means lower rates than an OMR agency for the same seniority, a flight for the sessions that need a room, and a written record of every decision so nothing depends on who was in the meeting.
