How we work with Delhi clients

Discovery happens at your office. A week or two of workshops produces a scoped backlog, a clickable prototype and a fixed-price proposal for the first release, so the decision to proceed is made on a number rather than an estimate. For public bodies and large institutions we write the proposal to fit the procurement process you are running.

Engineering runs in two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each, on video or in your conference room. Senior leads review every pull request, the code lives in your repository, and the same people stay from scoping to launch. Our hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm IST, with a lead reachable outside them during a launch.

Being in NCR means the practical things are easy: a signed hard copy delivered the same day, a workshop rescheduled at short notice, an engineer sitting with your team for a week during rollout. It also means the rates of a Gurgaon studio rather than a central Delhi agency.
