  • AUD invoicing with no GST charged by us; GST-registered businesses account for imported services under the reverse charge where it applies.
  • A services agreement with IP assignment, your NDA or our mutual template, and a data processing agreement where personal data is involved.
  • Your tools and your accounts: GitHub, Jira or Linear, Slack, AWS Sydney, Azure Australia East or GCP Sydney.
  • A named lead and a weekly written update, plus a demo every two weeks in your afternoon.
